My hypnobirthing courses in Woodley, Reading are informal and relaxed. Groups are small and the course is suitable for anyone expecting their first or subsequent baby.
Private courses available too.
My Woodley course support your birth and will teach you techniques and strategies to release your fears and utilise positive affirmations and visualisations. These will turn any negative thoughts to a more positive outlook as you prepare for the birth of your baby.
My birth support course in hypnobirthing has been created by a midwife and is one of only two that has been accredited by The Royal College of Midwives (RCM).
I have supported women for over 20 years through their pregnancies and births with complementary therapies, including Placenta Remedies. For ten of those years, I worked as a NCT Antenatal Practitioner as well as a birth doula.
In 2018, I specialised as a 'Calm Births' Hypnobirthing facilitator and began running my own courses.
I enjoy sharing the Hypnobirthing techniques with mothers and seeing the positive impact it has. It fills my heart with warmth to hear from mothers who have now had wonderful births after joining one of my courses having previously encountered negative birth experiences. Seeing this change in mothers after experiencing hypnobirthing courses is so heartening.
I love sharing my knowledge and passion to guide clients through their pregnancies and births, preparing them for a calmer and a more positive experience.
Myself (Linda) and Zena Facherty provide a place for support and a safe environment to share experiences and ask questions.

The meetings are a place for people to get together and discuss homebirthing as well as share thoughts and ideas. Those who attend comment how valuable they find the experience to speak with others face to face in a safe environment.
